Thank you for your participation in the Churchill Holiday Market and Craft Fair! We are looking forward to having you contribute to our event and appreciate the support of Churchill Spirit. Vendor information is listed below. Upon arrival, you will receive your booth location and a registration receipt for your records.
SET UP:
Friday, December 11 starting at 3:00 pm or Saturday, December 12 at 7:30 am. Please note that due to our campus lunch schedule, vendors will not be able to set up until after 3:00 pm on Friday. We will not be able to accommodate early arrivals.
LOCATION:
Churchill High School Cafeteria, 12049 Blanco Road, San Antonio, TX 78216
When you arrive, turn into the campus at the stoplight marked “Sir Winston”. Follow along the chain link fence until you arrive at the parking lot attached to the softball field, which is our band parking lot and turn LEFT. The cafeteria will be the large building to your left and the softball field will be on your right. Please visit the “Vendor Check In” table inside the cafeteria when you arrive and we will give you your booth assignment.
REMINDERS:
-When: December 11 (Teacher Preview Night) & December 12 (General Public)
-Event Time: Friday 4:30-7:30 pm and Saturday 9:00-5:00 pm
-If you requested electricity, you will have access to a plug but you will need to provide your own extension cords and/or power strips.
-We will have two food trucks on Saturday and concessions will be available. Our teacher dining hall will be available to vendors for restrooms and as a break area if needed.
-You are responsible for all display materials and table covers.
-Tear down may begin at 4:45 pm on Saturday.
-We will have a limited number of rolling carts and students to help with unloading of materials, so please plan accordingly.
-School will still be in session from 3:00-4:05, so please be mindful of students, busses, and parent traffic in all parking lots. The band parking lot will be quite busy, so please be cautious. Do not park in the fire or bus lane.
